Date Night Tuesday x Sparks Social Club

9 Dec | Green Flags, Red Flags & Real Intimacy: A Conversation on Modern Love

Duration: 3 hours
Offered languages: English

Overview

Join us for Date Night Tuesday as we welcome Sparks Social Club’s co-founder Selin Ashaghimina and psychologist and author Pauline Stockmann for Green Flags, Red Flags & Real Intimacy. Together they share their views in a conversation on modern love. Afterwards, ask your own questions in the Q&A part, to find more clarity on pressing questions you might have been asking yourself.

Modern dating can feel like both an opportunity and a source of confusion. We match, we meet, we text, and we try to read signals. But what do we actually mean when we say we’re looking for true intimacy? How do we stay present, open, and connected without losing ourselves in the process? Together, we’ll unpack how we communicate desire, possibly misread signals, and form patterns that shape how we relate to others.

The conversation explores questions such as:

  • How do you distinguish between interest and genuine investment?
  • Why do we project, and how do we return to ourselves?
  • What role do “icks” play, and what do they actually reveal?
  • How does intimacy develop without losing one’s sense of self?

After the conversation, make use of our Date Night Tuesday offer: two museum admissions for the price of one – perfect to explore our exhibition halls with someone that is already or yet to become dear to you. In addition, champagne and cocktail specials are waiting for you in our Bar Verōnika, 5th and Bar Clara, 6th Floor.
