General Information
- All guest areas are wheelchair accessible with multiple accessible bathrooms. We have full elevator access on every floor.
- Visitors who are unable to navigate their way through the museum independently can bring a companion with them for free.
- Gender neutral toilets can be found on the 5th floor next to Bar Veronika.
- Dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the museum.
- Children are welcome. Please note that our exhibitions may have explicit content for younger audiences, and that parents should therefore determine whether a current show is appropriate for their child/ren.
- We provide 1,000 complimentary museum passes per month to those traditionally underserved by cultural institutions. Please contact [email protected] for more information and tickets.
