Daria Suvorova, host of WAA podcast  

As the founder and host of the Women Authors of Achievement (WAA) podcast, Daria Suvorova is passionate about fostering dialogue that inspires, educates and empowers her listeners to redefine achievement in today’s world. Based in Berlin, she is also a moderator, panel host and Visiting Lecturer at Popakademie.

Marina Paulenka

A curator, artistic director, and educator, Marina Paulenka specializes in contemporary photography, visual art, and new media. As the Director of Exhibitions at Fotografiska Berlin, she shapes the museum’s curatorial vision, fostering innovation and dialogue on pressing socio-political themes such as feminism, identity, and human rights. With over 17 years of experience, she has held leadership roles at Organ Vida Festival and UNSEEN, curated groundbreaking exhibitions, and collaborated with renowned artists. A recipient of the Lucie Award for Best Curator/Exhibition, she also mentors emerging talents, serves as an international juror, and champions underrepresented voices in photography worldwide.
