Art & Mindfulness Tour: Lee Shulman

15 July | A meditation guided art experience with Yousef Hammoudah

Duration: 2 hours
Offered languages: English

Overview

Discover art as a mirror for your own inner world.

This immersive mindfulness session is not just a guided tour but a practice in seeing, sensing, and understanding our inner resonance with the artworks more deeply. At the same time, it serves as a powerful introduction to mindfulness as an everyday tool.

Inspired by the works of The Anonymous Project by Lee Shulman in No Place Like Home, this session explores how photography and visual storytelling can open a space for reflection, while connecting with our memories and imagination.

Through focused mindfulness techniques, you learn to slow down, observe with clarity, and engage with the layers beneath the visual surface.

With your ticket, you can visit all of our other exhibitions on the same day, too.
