Conny Zhang

Conny Zhang has been the Head of Music DACH at Spotify since September 2021, where she leads the music division for the DACH region. Passionate about music, she and her team are responsible for music editorial, Spotify-curated playlists, and collaborations with artists, their labels, and managements.

Before joining Spotify, Conny held various roles at Google's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin and in Berlin. Most recently, she served as Client Partner Lead in Sales & Partnerships at YouTube, and also led the strategy and monetization of "Music Moments" on YouTube for the EMEA region. Conny began her career in the "Music & Brands" department at Universal Music in Berlin.

Daria Suvorova, host of WAA podcast  

As the founder and host of the Women Authors of Achievement (WAA) podcast, Daria Suvorova is passionate about fostering dialogue that inspires, educates and empowers her listeners to redefine achievement in today’s world. Based in Berlin, she is also a moderator, panel host and Visiting Lecturer at Popakademie.
